tif exported from LR appears different

Recently I have had several cases where following post processing an image the exported tif looks quite different from the processed image on the screen.
Here is the most recent example, on the right is the processed RAW image in LR with all the adjustments applied and on the left is the tif image that was exported.
Any ideas as to what's happening to it? (This has not happened to other images with much simpler adjustments.)

You have a number of choices for you Tiff files: color space, bit depth and compression. I suggest you try: Adobe RGB, 16 bits/component, and none for compression. See if that helps?

Seth, thanks for the reply. These are my standard settings. I have used these on many other images without this same reduction in saturation, contrast, and brightness. I tried transferring the image directly to Photoshop but of course with the same results (since LR just makes a tif copy that is opened in PS). This has happened a couple other times but I can't identify a similarity between the affected images, of course other than editing in LR.
